Document your current estimating processes. This will bring stability to your current estimating processes and establish a baseline from which to measure improvement efforts.
Phase 2
Standardize
Once processes are stabilized, we will work to establish and standardize your estimating processes.
Phase 3
Test & Improve
Once processes are stabilized and standardized, we will work with you to systematically test and improve those processes. Comparing to the baseline to measure progress. The goal is to establish rhythm of continually improving the process.
Phase 4
Package
Establish a system of documentation and a training plan for incoming estimators. We are cognizant that documented systems cannot be static. They need to be intuitive and allow for continual improvement moving forward.

Our group program is built for you. You’ll join a cohort of peers working through the same system, with weekly sessions focused on practical, actionable topics. Each Phase ends with a live Q&A, giving you the chance to get feedback on your specific challenges and next steps.
