I have the privilege of working with millwork companies around the country. It has been so encouraged speaking with business owners, managers, CEO’s, CFO’s and estimators and hearing how positive and creative they are. They have found such creative ways to go about navigating COVID. Some companies are thriving and doing well, however some are seriously struggling to get through. But one thing we all have in common is a resiliency, a determination and an overall hope. We are facing uncertainty in so many aspects of our life. Our businesses are just one of them.
My heart and prayers go out to all who have been personally affected by this pandemic.
I have seen such strength in the people I get to work with. They are some of the most creative and talented people in the world! And though we don’t know exactly what our future will look like, let’s make it a great one!
